The first product line of Sweet la Vie launched is frozen cheesecake, a co-brand with Priestley’s. It is a ready-to-serve and cost-saving dessert item sought after by the catering channels.
“We love Sweet la Vie / Priestley’s frozen cheesecakes. Taste is good, and easy to handle,” said Perry Yuen Ex-Chairman of Hong Kong Chefs Association and WACS Approved Judge. “Quality plus convenience are keys to success in the trade now in view of growing labour cost and keen competition.”
